Zero capital outlay

A recurring revenue stream built on equipment Summit doesn't buy.
Invisionary places commercial-grade massage and compression recovery chairs in Summit's clubs at zero cost to Summit — no purchase, no lease, no capital outlay.

Members subscribe monthly for unlimited access. Summit shares in every subscription, every month.
Delivery, setup, servicing, hygiene supplies, and member support handled end to end.
Recovery equipment has always been sold per session or bundled as a silent amenity — a chair in a corner, used occasionally, monetized never. Both approaches leave the asset idle and the revenue flat.
A dedicated subscription room changes the math. It converts idle square footage into predictable monthly revenue, and it gives Summit a retention tool no other club in the region has: a reason to keep paying that has nothing to do with how often a member trains.
To be plain about it: this model has not been done. Not by the chair manufacturers, who sell hardware and walk away. Not by competing clubs, who treat recovery as decor. Summit would be first.
One room, set apart from the training floor.
Low, warm light tuned for winding down after training.
Full-body sessions supporting circulation and muscle recovery.
Leg and hip compression for decompression and stress reduction.
A small recovery retail corner, stocked and run by us.
Sessions are positioned around circulation, muscle recovery, decompression, and stress reduction — wellness language only, with no clinical claims made to members.

Subscription tiers and the revenue split will be modeled directly from Summit's own member data. Rather than guess, we build the projection together.

We need two numbers to model this — active member count per location, and the square footage available for the recovery suite.
We walk each club and identify the room.
Tiers and split modeled from your member data.
Equipment delivered, staged, and commissioned by us.
Founding-member signup drive and staff briefing.
Send the two numbers and we'll come back with a modeled projection for your clubs.
